Mapping and shaping how clean technologies take root, scale, and deliver value across Africa.

Our work examines how clean technologies diffuse, localize, and scale across African contexts—and what it takes for them to deliver development value. 

Through a combination of in-house analysis, expert working groups, and a diverse cohort of Fellows, we map where and how key technologies are emerging across the continent and how local starting conditions, global dynamics, and policy choices shape outcomes. This work surfaces strategic opportunities for African countries and their partners to advance a more inclusive, affordable, and politically resilient global clean tech transition.
