Nick Litombe
Nick Litombe serves on the Advisory Board of the African Tech Futures Lab. He is a an AI and engineering executive at a Fortune 100 financial services company, where he leads enterprise-scale platforms for real-time decisioning, personalization, and responsible AI across digital channels serving 100+ million customers.
He has over 15 years of experience building large-scale data and AI systems across industry, academia, and government. Previously, he led LLM and generative AI research and applications at Microsoft’s Gray Systems Lab, driving applied AI innovation across Azure Data, including databases, analytics platforms, and Copilot experiences used by Fortune 500 companies.
Nick holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Harvard University, completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University, and serves in advisory roles supporting the responsible development and deployment of technology in the public interest.
